Administration

The Joshua Basin Water District is a locally formed government agency whose customers are the “Rate Payers.”  The District is regulated by the State Water Code and governed by publicly elected five member Board of Directors.  District operations that include field, office, engineering, and managerial staff are managed by a General Manager who is appointed by the Board of Directors.  The Assessor-Collector functions are performed for the District by San Bernardino County.

Our mission is to provide a high standard of water quality and customer service at responsible cost; to protect the water resources of Joshua Basin Water District; to promote cooperation and respect with customers, employees, neighboring communities and public – private agencies.
