Board members can be contacted by calling the District Office, sending a letter via USPS, or emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your return contact information and a brief message regarding the purpose of your call. You may also access a Board Member informally before Board meetings, which are generally held the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM.
Additionally, the general public may address the Board as a whole during the Public Comment section at any Board meeting on a topic not on that meeting’s agenda. Please note, the Board may not take any action in items not on the agenda. By law, the topic must be placed on a meeting agenda and noticed publicly 72 hours in advance for the Board to have the freedom to discuss it and take action. A three-minute limit may also be imposed on public comments.
