JBWD has partnered with Mojave Water Agency and the Alliance for Water Awareness to provide District customers with opportunities to save water and money. The new regional Water Conservation Incentive Program offers a number of rebates and vouchers to encourage local water users to replace old water guzzling appliances and devices with new water conserving ones.
The rebates and vouchers are worth up to:
$3,000 ($.50 per square foot) for replacing your water thirsty lawn with native and adaptive plants
$175 for purchasing a new water-saving washing machine
$165 for installing a new high-efficiency toilet
