92252 Meter Relocation (Change in Customer Service Facility Location) Request Form
Use this form ONLY when instructed by Joshua Basin Water District staff.
Meter relocation fees apply and will be calculated individually by quote or at cost.
Pursuant to Article 2.9 of the District Rules & Regulations:
If a customer requests that his service facility be moved, the move will be done by The District and the customer will pay all costs of the relocation and the customer will be responsible to relocate their own water line to the new service facility.
Customer service lines located within fenced areas will be relocated by the District and all expenses will be paid for by the customer, or the customer may be required to relocate such fence at the District's discretion. The District will not be responsible for reconnecting the customer service line (from the meter to the home).
