Customers who wish to discontinue service must notify the District in writing before vacating the premises. The customer is liable for any continued water usage unless a request to discontinue service is submitted and received by the District. The District will verify the change of ownership date with county records. You are responsible for inactive charges up to the county recording dates. A copy of the closing disclosure will be requested when processing a change of ownership disconnect.
