The Joshua Basin Water District has prepared the draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) for public review and comment.

These documents are scheduled to be reviewed by the Board of Directors at the May 20, 2026, Board Meeting and are anticipated to be brought forward for a Public Hearing and final adoption at the June 3, 2026 Board Meeting.

Community members are encouraged to review the draft documents online or in person at: 61750 Chollita Road, Joshua Tree, CA 92252

It is our goal to receive all public comments by May 27, 2026, to allow adequate time for consideration prior to final adoption.
