Temporary Construction Meter FormConstruction meters are generally intended to be used for temporary purposes such as for grading and new construction. Whenever reasonable, the customer is encouraged to take out the permanent meter in lieu of a construction meter. Customer will be notified if this condition exists and allowed to cancel request for temporary service if desired. If customer is found using a garden hose, the meter will be pulled and customer may lose current and future temporary water service privileges.
